Dressing up your doll can be a fun and creative process, allowing you to personalize its appearance. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you dress up your doll effectively and safely: Choose the Right Clothing Size Matters: Know your doll's measurements (height, bust, waist, hips) to ensure a proper fit. Many dolls have standardized sizes like S, M, or L, but custom sizes may require tailored outfits. Material: Opt for soft, non-abrasive fabrics like cotton, satin, or jersey to avoid damaging the doll's skin. Avoid Staining: Dark or bright-colored clothing can sometimes stain silicone or TPE. Wash new clothes before dressing the doll to reduce dye transfer. Prepare the Doll Clean the Doll: Ensure the doll is clean and dry to prevent dirt or residue from transferring to the clothing. Apply Powder: Lightly dust the doll with talcum or cornstarch powder. This reduces friction, making it easier to slide on clothes. Select Accessories Jewelry: Add necklaces, bracelets, or rings for extra flair. Ensure they don't have sharp edges that could scratch the doll. Shoes: Choose soft, lightweight shoes that fit snugly but don't squeeze the doll's feet. Dress the Doll Start with Smaller Items: Put on items like underwear or stockings first. Move Gradually: Carefully slide clothing over the arms, legs, or torso. Stretch the fabric gently to avoid tearing or putting pressure on the doll. Use Fasteners: Clothes with zippers, buttons, or Velcro are easier to put on compared to tight, pull-over garments. Style the Hair Comb Gently: Use a wide-tooth comb or soft brush to style the doll’s wig. Apply detangling spray for synthetic wigs if necessary. Change Hairstyles: Experiment with different wigs or hairstyles to suit the outfit. Lighting: Good lighting enhances the doll’s appearance and brings out the details of the outfit. Regular Maintenance Change Clothes Periodically: Leaving clothes on for too long, especially tight or dyed fabrics, may cause creases or stains on the doll’s skin. Store Properly: When not in use, undress the doll and store both the doll and its clothing in a clean, dry space.

They are. Here's links to every main piece, in human size: https://lolibrary.org/items/btssb-little-princess-coat-2024-build-to-order https://lolibrary.org/items/btssb-florencia-jsk-2023 https://lolibrary.org/items/btssb-eternal-ribbon-feathery-jsk https://lolibrary.org/items/btssb-sweet-best-wishes-jsk-2022 Volks BtSSB collabs have always been based on real, human-size dresses. Elizabeth, Cinderella, Robe a la Francaise, Creeping Rose Doll, Milk Tea Doll, Ginger Doll, etc (last 2 are technically AATP...) What always frustrated me is that they never run these together, lol. BtSSB has sold these items all fairly recently, but they're not currently in stock (at least when I checked) and there's no telling exactly when they'll run again.

What skintone are you wanting? The Japanese/international Volks site still has the DDS-III in Flesh! Looks like Semi-White sold out very recently because it was still available just a few weeks ago when I last checked. My sister's Karin, who's on the DDS-III, was purchased new from Volks in March, and she's a bit worn, but that's due to her receiving daily use for the past eight months. If you don't handle your dolls too much, it should be fine! My F³ DDSB is a pain, constantly needing adjustments and overall just busting on me (most recently, his neck hole cracking!!), but my F³ DD, Miku, hasn't had any of the same issues. I tightened her arms and hips as a personal preference, but she's held up great so far.  As for the DD3, I've heard that the shoulders and elbows tend to crack, but your mileage may vary, depending on how much use your dolls get.
