Ooh, that's great to know that it fits! I am tempted to try the RegExp one with that in mind, though I didn't realize it was resin :'). I was kind of hoping if it was a tight squeeze the malleability of the vinyl would help, but sanding might work if there's fit issues hopefully? I like it a bit more than the Kakuso torso tbh. I did learn a few new things regarding DDP boys after posting this that you might be interested in! Apparently, using RegExp's hip mod with the DDP legs + MDD torso as mentioned in the pixiv post fixes some of the big leg stability issues, so that might make it a more viable option. Also, I wasn't aware that Fiorista made a male torso for the DDP body! It's resin and not for sale directly anymore but might be helpful to know. The color match is also a bit odd from the secondhand listings I've seen, so you win some you lose some I guess 😭 Ooh, thank you for the photos!! I saw your previous post which is actually what made me think about trying this in the first place! 😄 I thiiink the proportions look alright, especially considering clothing, but I wonder if it's something that might bother me more in person. Do either of you notice any differences in posability between the DDP and the MDD (2.0 if you have it)? I've seen some scattered comments around about the MDD 2.0 posing better but I'm not sure how huge a deal it is. Thank you both for your input!! -

Yesss girlpla!! I actually got into girlpla and model kits in general from someone on a doll thread mentioning their customizability, and fell in love with it. These are the girls I've built so far: I actually tried out customizing with an airbrush for the first time to make the tuxedo sam colored sylphy! So neat to see Azone and general 1/12 clothes fit perfectly! I'd seen them around and wondered how well they'd work. The color match on the Souzai body is also quite good!! Your girls are so cute ^^ I'm also a big fan of sculpted hair, and it's nice that painting is an option for changing hair colors since it's a lot less trouble than trying to dye something or just having to buy a new wig entirely. -
