A young boy mistreated by his mother and father, the only light in his life being his "identical twin sister" Gretel, whose reason for existing is to do what her "brother" wants. After being abandoned in the woods and finding his way back time and again, his parents attempt to dispose of the boy, sending Gretel over the edge and murdering them. Hansel as a result is sent to a troubled boy's boarding school and during that time, a tragic accident appears, and Gretel is dies as a result. With Gretel's consciousness gone and Hansel left alone, by the time he gets to graduate, he has no idea what to do with his life. A series of events ultimately happen that send him on the path to being an idol.
