A pirate who was transported in time to the modern day, Captain Compass of the Mapserpent should probably be finding a way home to continue her reign over the seas...but she's gotten too obsessed with modern conveniences. In particular, claw machines, fried food, and DDR. She's become something of a bum around a bustling port town, frequenting the arcades and malls and coming up with schemes to fund her plushie habit.

An enthusiastic idiot, Compass is gung-ho and often gets herself in over her own head with her harebrained impulsive ideas. Despite this, she's a sweet and outgoing type, if a bit of a schemer. She may be a pirate, but she doesn't want people to get hurt. Adores sailing and her living, plesiosaur-like ship, the Mapserpent, treating it like a pet.

Pirate fashion, of course! Besides grandiose vintage styles, she also likes modern harajuku-type fashion.
