She's a skilled magical girl with as many acheivements under her belt as Nanoha, and works for the same interdimensional beureau. Fate works in the field, essentially as special level law enforcement.

She's a gentle soul, with boundless compassion. She can come off as reserved or even aloof, but it's more that she takes a while to open up and trust.

Dress-casual and business-casual. She definitely pulls off vintage 30's, 40's, 50's, and 60's looks well, too.
