A Dullahan with a lot of personality, Hilowe is a perky goth guy who works as a deliveryman for the food service app Superb. He lives in the same apartment complex as his older sister Nohwe, and the two could not be more different. Hilowe is extroverted, outgoing, and likes to party, while Nohwe is reserved and frosty. Despite this, they get along surprisingly well. When not at work, Hilowe enjoys trying on different heads at Dullahan fashion outlets and going to concerts with his friends. Like any Dullahan, he can't talk without his head, so he's fluent in sign language.

A jokey, often loud, but good-natured party boy, Hilowe balances his work and social lives well. He's the type to make friends wherever he goes. His personality is slightly influenced by whatever head he's wearing, with his default making him more grounded and responsible.

Gothy and fashionable! Sometimes a touch feminine, as Hilowe doesn't really get why "boy" and "girl" clothes have to be different.
