Resident of Lily Court, a strange and wonderful manor house aimed at promoting interworld relationships and study.

A slightly naughty water sprite that shirked his responsibilities in his homeworld temple in order to take an extended vacation to Lily Court for “study” as “hired help”  - when probed for further explanation, Ilya expertly walks the conversation in circles that answer nothing.  Ilya’s manor invite was a pure accident on Iskander’s part, but only Issy and Lariat know; Ilya just thinks Lily Court has incredibly lax hiring protocols and that he got stupidly lucky coming across the application.
