Resident of Lily Court, a strange and wonderful manor house aimed at promoting interworld relationships and study.

Nobody really knows what Narcisse is or where they came from, only that they've been in the manor apparently "forever" and only woke up because things were getting noisy. Lilycourt residents have taken to calling them the manor's Dustbunny because they're always somehow underfoot or harmlessly relaxing in the corner of rooms and gatherings.
