After consultation with trapping expert Sohi, Yuriko sent a letter to her number one favorite idol Hatsune Miku, inviting her to an all expense paid trip to a fabulous new relaxation center.  Eager for a break from the stress of being the world's greatest pop idol, Miku gladly accepted.  Upon arrival, she discovered that, while it in no way matched the brochures, in many ways it was significantly better.  With 24/7 access to gaming consoles, internet, and her own laboratory, she is living her best life!  Best of all, with the notable exception of one annoying, hardcore fangirl, nobody seems to know or care about her day job.  While she certainly has no intention of giving up her idol work, she definitely has cut back significantly in order to spend more time at her new home, and especially with the adorable Ringo.  Miku has since, without bothering to ask permission first, extended invitations to her fellow idols Kagamine Len and Rin, and Megurine Luka, although so far only Len and Luka have taken her up on the offer.

Able to switch, at a moment's notice, between fan-loving, cheerful pop idol, lazy video game junky, and cackling mad scientist, the inner world of Miku is not easily understood by outsiders.  

Her fashion sense varies between the sparkly short skirts of a pop idol princess, the comfy pajamas or t-shirt and sweats of a lazy geek, and the lab coat of an evil genius.

Her hobbies include singing (obviously), gaming (especially retro games), conducting strange experiments in her secret lab, and spending time with her favorite girl, Ringo.
