- Story Nanoha has been a professional magical girl for an interdimensional government since the age of 9. While she has performed enough fantastic feats of heroism that she is known throughout her department as the Ace of Aces, Nanoha finds her calling more in teaching than in being in the field. She lives with her longtime girlfriend and best friend, Fate T. Harlaown.
- Personality Nanoha is dedicated and pragmatic with a kind heart. She does take something of a "tough love" approach with the students she teaches, but that's largely because she knows firsthand what kind of horrors and insanity are out there in the multiverse. She tries hard to be the arbiter in this insane household, but it's tough being the most well-adjusted person in the building!
