Tilo is the crown prince of a certain galactic empire who suddenly decided he wanted to explore. Unfortunately he's now stuck on Earth, but he still has gotten to explore quite a lot, and has been to several countries already. 
He doesn't really want to return home anymore and has taken to disguising himself in all kinds of outfits.

He gets on well with the others, but they don't really understand who he is and have just assumed he's a kid with an overactive imagination whenever he talks about coming from outer space.

Tilo is friendly, but very blunt. He tends to say odd things without realizing that they're odd, although this is mostly because he is a naturally inquisitive child. Despite being lightyears from his home he doesn't seem to be lonely, there seems to be some reason why he's much happier here.
