Mai is an original character who's the mascot and protagonist of my upcoming cooking webcomic. She's a nerdy high school girl whose life centers around cooking and the cooking classes she teaches to her classmates.

Mai has a cute, spunky personality. She can be shy at times around strangers but has gotten more confident speaking in front of others through her cooking classes. She's really passionate about what she does and can surprisingly get heated when talking about food.

Mai dresses in a cute-casual style outside of school, but she's often seen wearing her school uniform. A consistent outfit makes it easier for her artist to draw. :3

Mai spends most of her time cooking or teaching cooking classes at her family's restaurant. In her spare time, she also tends to her family's garden and explores the mountains surrounding her hometown. She spends time in the gym to stay in shape, which explains her rather developed lower physique.
