"This isn't the virus I was expecting..."

Corrector Yui came to a young girl's house in 2019 to protect her from any more troubles in the coming years. While Yui stood on her bedside table looking pretty and driving away curses, the girl had a wonderful time for a few months, but she encountered more misfortunes as the days went on, mostly prognosticated via silly omikuji readings by a catboy Twitter bot. And then COVID struck. Maybe it was the livestream that the girl missed, and maybe it was her experiences with her Internet buddies. But Yui was never ready for a real-world virus. To this day, as the girl's mental health deteriorates like a rotten fruit, Yui herself rots away behind the wall of Love Live Sunshine figures, looking over the room she frequents with a sad look in her painted-on eyes.

A fairly ordinary girl who often slacks off at school, but has big dreams of becoming a mangaka or voice actress. By transforming into Corrector Yui, she gains the ability to talk to virtual entities and erase computer bugs. She also allegedly likes bowling. 

Magical girl uniform. 100% of the time. But if she were to have any other style, she would have to go with Y2K fashion. 

She likes reading manga, watching anime, and, in her magical girl form, surfing the web and squishing nasty computer bugs to make cyberspace a better place. She also reportedly likes bowling and has bowled many 300 games.
