She is an Idolm@ster (Nanao Yuriko) look alike. Her character definitely doesn’t match that of Yuriko. Her goal is to gain as much powerful items as possible to take over the world (the typical villain takes over the world cliche). She researched a lot of anime to make notes about the weapons used. Then asking her human to buy/make them.

She actually doesn’t know what to do with the world if she ever conquered it.
