Nemicus is a self-professed old-world vampire who may have been laid to rest for good reason. Her exact origins remain unknown as her crate-bound coffin was discovered along the shoreline. Originally intended for archival submission, she was accidentally revived by Sundae, and has devoted (nearly) every moment of her second life to harassing the crew since.

A brash and arrogant soul, Lady Ortaina retains all the energy and mischief of a late teenager / young adult... with the reflexes of an animal. She is expert at getting into places she ought not, and turning up at the worst times. Her favorite past-time is mocking Paladin, whom she seems to view as some kind of intellectual rival despite her utter lack of technical expertise. Somewhere in between that, she manages to cram in video games, which fascinate her. Oh and she also has a Big Hammer. Y'know. For reasons.

She is deceptively observant, and keeps elaborate mental strings of the relationships, personality ticks, etc. of her flatmates. Beneath the coy exterior is someone both intelligent and strangely keen on this band of oddities.

Nemicus says she was bored and they were the closest thing to live comedy available. Go figure.
