The name on her passport is probably an alias. She's lived in at least a dozen great cities, or so she claims, leaving once the law gets too uppity for her liking. Local officers are wary of her. Some say she's a pirate, others a bounty hunter. She says she sailed cargo, long ago.

The Prosperian engineers all have their own names for each other. They call her 'Tart'.

Tart's been around longer than Bex. Exactly how long Bex isn't sure, but she was there when the drow came to Prosperios, and took a liking to the newest crewmate. Bex doesn't trust her completely, but Tart will work with anyone of decent character, and that's a point in her favor.

Strapped in by a harness, cigar between her teeth, Tart is what they call a 'heavyweight', handing the big pipes, gears, and moving parts of machinery while Bex does the fine-tuning. Each can tinker on her own time, but when they're together, one wires, the other lifts.

Unlike some of the others, Tart isn't privy to what's been going on beneath the city, yet. But she's bound to find out. Especially with the uptick in crime bringing rumors to her favorite pubs concerning assassins, and upheaval in the noble districts.

Something's about to go down. Good seabirds can always find a vantage point to watch the world burn.

Tart is tart. No, not the slang kind. 'Tart' as in 'sharp' or 'slightly bitter'. But also sweet. A tart like the pastry- multi-layered and flavorful.

She is given to speaking her mind, and is rough around the edges. Were it not for the bit of social filter she has, she would carry her sailor friends' colourful vocabulary with her everywhere. Her strength and pride are great; she can be condescending, but retains a foundation of common sense. There are too many liars in the world to gain her trust instantly, but prove consistently honest and you may win her friendship. 

Speaking of liars and sailors, her penchant for fish tales is well-known. One can never be sure if all her accounts are true, or made up, or embellished either to impress or to hide a deeper meaning. She's not dishonest... but she might not be setting you completely straight either.

Tart is meant to match Bex, and is loosely inspired by League of Legends character aesthetics.  A flight suit and working-style clothes are in her future.

Apart from that, I haven't figured her off-duty style yet. For now it's 'whatever fits'.
