I bought a Granado Vindoll Enoch. He was shipped quickly, and I was also warned about an additional stain that was found during packaging, which I was ok with. There was a slight delay in receiving my package, but it was the fault of my postal carrier rather than the seller. The seller tracked my order the whole time to be sure it got to me alright. Overall a great buying experience, I would recommend!

Every step of the way, she kept me up to date on what was coming in, took pictures of the items and looked out for me throughout the whole process. The goods were packed with the utmost care, far better than the many packages I've received over the last few years.
