Does anyone have a favorite face-up artist that can work on 1/6 heads that anyone can recommend? I have 2-3 new doll projects in mind, but I can't get the looks I want without a custom job. I'd like to shell a 1/6 Sailor Saturn/ Hotaru Tomoe, and a face-up that is inspired by a Volks classroom head I saw in an old doll magazine advertisement. I can provide scans of the Volks ad since I still have the magazine. Any thoughts or suggestions?
