With a little help from my tech heads, and a little adjustment from my cameras, laptop, and such, we had us a live feed of an all-night Halloween Party, and this time I was able to keep my promise to the musicians in my family. So the group, "Beastial", was able to preform last night with great success, plus a special appearance by three special female vocalists! Suffice it to say, it was a huge success as these pictures I took prove! Now the Dazzlings are staying at my place too! Maria and Rena and Sarah found these three huddled together in a box in the Entryway of the house, cold and hungry. Well, after they told me about them, I wasn't about to kick them out. We don't need them causing any more mischief; then again, after that one episode with Sunset Shimmer and Pinky Pie, they seemed to have found their way, more or less, so we'll have to see. And that means it's once again time to dress my girls up for the season... Does any one have any ideas? I can't sew so I'd have to end up commissioning but at this point I'm not sure what I want them to be. Same deal when winter rolls around but one thing at a time XD

Not too long ago Mina was bugging me about doing some photo shoots with her, and seeing as it's the Halloween season once again, how could I refuse her request? It all begins one night in the man cave of myself and my dad... I used some specific pieces of hardwood from Lowes, as well as wood glue and black stain, and some mini hinges from Hobby Lobby, some quilted fabric for the interior and some satin fabric for the pillow and the jewel and ornament I got from Hobby Lobby. Halloween is coming up! For those who celebrate it, do you have any plans? Do you dress up your dolls? Hand out treats? What about themed meetups? What's your favorite part about the holiday? Halloween is my favorite holiday for various reasons, but I've always been into the spooky themes- though funnily enough I'm not into full-on horror movies. I like the fall and the idea of spooky things and spirits and whatnot, and I want to do more to celebrate it than I have been able to. Luckily I got my kid brother on my side and he likes decorating even though my parents aren't too interested. When I get my own place I'll definitely be able to do more thematic stuff. Is anyone doing anything fun or crafty this year? Whether for costumes/cosplay/etc or something else, I'd love to see! I know this is a doll forum so I can imagine that they might be included in the celebration- I myself am tempted to leave a headless doll near the door on Halloween night. But I'd rather dress them up in character, and besides, that Smartdoll neck peg might look a bit odd.
