Hi! My name is Julia, but everyone knows me as Yura. I'm a digital artist/illustrator and I live from that! Yura is my artist name, in honor of one of my characters! I started collecting since I was too young, with lots and lots of animal figurines and plushies. I became a serious figure collector 10 years ago (mainly nendoroids) from games, Disney, Vocaloid and anime. I was born in Argentina, where collecting was and is still really hard or impossible, due to inflation and huge taxes. I got my first group of nendoroids from second hand community. But thankfully I moved to Spain 4 years ago and my collection grew a lot and too fast since then! I've been wishing to start with big dolls for many years, but it wasn't until 3 years ago that my income let me start and I got my first Dollfie Dream! (Custom Mito Mashiro). I own 6 DDs, an obitsu 47cm with resin head and many floating DD heads waiting for bodies! xD Besides digital art I also love working on toys/figures customs and miniatures. And since I started collecting Dollfies, I work on face ups aswell! Almost all of my dolls are based on my own characters designed/drew by me! I will be sharing them with all of you soon ^^

Hi there!! You can call me Abra. I'm really excited to be here, I'm currently saving up for my first two dolls, both Mini Dollfie Dreams. I'm very new to doll collecting in general and vinyl anime dolls in particular, mostly for budget reasons. But I've been ogling pictures of them online for years. I'm also in about a billion different fandoms, and I can't wait to customize some of my future dolls as a form of fanart. So yeah, that's me. Happy to talk or receive tips, but I'm kinda busy and might reply late.

Uh... Hi, I'm Fox or uh I guess Zipper could work too. Been on the resin side of the doll hobby for a bit and then my roomie got a Smart Doll (or rather, I bought it for her lol) and now vinyl intrigues me. I never really thought about it before, and now I'm making plans for whenever the SmD Gemini is released. Go figure lol ... Welp, time to lurk the customization subforum.

hi! i'm angelie, i'm a brand new doll collector. ♡ i've been interested in dollfies, obitsu and other anime dolls for a long time but didn't really have the funds to purchase any nor even really knew how to if i wanted to ^^ ;; but now i'm slowly starting a collection, beginning with some custom obitsu. i have a whole lot of customization ideas and i'm excited to start posting about my dolls as i slowly build up a collection! currently i'm working on my very first custom doll, a sweet little obitsu 24 themed off cotton candy. ♡ i don't have a lot of friends irl who like dolls so i'm excited to talk with everyone! ଘ(੭*ˊᵕˋ)੭* ̀ˋ i also really want to learn more about dolls and customization since i'm so new to it. so if you have any general tips for a newbie let me know! Hey, I'm Kad, from Canada - Southern Ontario specifically. I've actually had a dollfie once before, years ago, but been getting back into them because my fiance likes the vinyl dolls. He's helping me choose what my next doll is going to look like. The only vinyl one I have right now is a 24cm obitsu Chara. The tiny size is cute, but the hard part finding things to fit her is a pain. I also have a couple of resin dolls. I've been collecting dolls from the resin side for about 7 years now, and like doing faceups. I also collect anime figurines (mostly DBZ), and pop figures.

hello! im river! im 20 years old and my pronouns are he/him. i decided that im going to add a smart doll to my collection soon, so i figured i would hop over here from denofangels and check it out. im a relatively new doll collector. i had an american girl doll when i was a kid, but was never really into fashion dolls like barbie etc. i have some other "doll like" things (six "small but knowing clowns"). i own two resin ball jointed dolls that i got in april and october this year, a unidoll cupi angel and an april story/mirodoll hybrid. i also have my third, an obscure_kind dohwee, on the way after i finish his layaway! anime-style dolls aren't super my thing, but im really, really interested in putting together a smart doll cortex kit. i want to get the tea gaia ♥️ i think it would be nice to have one girl that really stands out from the rest of my dolls, or who knows, maybe i'll end up really liking vinyl dolls more than bjds! i really like making friends, so dont be afraid to say hi!!!

hi there! thought I'd go ahead and post an introduction!! you can call me nani, and I'm new the vinyl/dollfie dream scene! I fell in love with the MDD when I saw photos on pinterest, and set my sights on getting one!! I currently only have one, which I named Annamae! Hello. I am new to this community, however I have been In the bjd community for several years now. I would love to get a few more vinyl dolls, they're so light weight in comparison to resin dolls! I wish I had a few more things that fit my newest girl, everything I have is tailored to fit my big bust Luts Delf Amy. It'll give me something to do over the next few weeks though, making her some new clothes. I hope to learn a lot of tips and tricks from you all, as I have from the Den.
