Paid for Anya & did not realize my city and state were not in my address change

I cannot believe this is happening but I finally looked at my confirmation for Anya after paying and my address is listed as zip code (other) street address. I emailed them saying I missed the mistake and updated my address with my city and state but re-read the confirmation email again and it said if you if you change your address after winning a lottery (Anya is a lottery though) that your order will be cancelled. I am beyond upset and freaking out!! Has this happened to anyone before?
