Hybrid: How do you set your SQLab head on DD body?

I have two SQ Lab heads and the way the neck hole is done, it doesn't stay in place on a DD body as well as DD heads. I've been using putty to keep it fixed, but it's kinda messy and not ideal. I was wondering what other people do to solidify their SQ lab heads onto DD bodies.

to keep my obitsu head on the DD body I have poked a hole in a bottle lid big enough for the stick to go threw but tight enough so it done not some off.

Thank you both! I like both ideas. One I can do right now, the other I'd have to wait and order but both are way more efficient than that I've been doing.
