Hello, all!

 

I'm Contredisant from Michigan, USA. I've been a doll collector for about four years, now. I have always had resin dolls, but have recently fallen in love with the Dollfie Dreams. It's a bit intimidating seeing as I know close to nothing about these beautiful dolls, but I am here to learn!

 

On top of doll collecting, I ride and show horses and will be attending uni next fall to someday get into forensic pathology!

 

I don't currently own my own, but am looking forward to eventually finding the perfect one for me.

 

I'm excited to meet new people and begin my journey into collecting! ~ ♥

I've found that taking care of resin dolls & dollfie dreams aren't too different. The main thing to watch out for is staining, it feels like it's 100x worse for dollfies... I don't think you should be intimidated though, I feel that since you already know how to care for your resin dolls you already know the basics of taking care of a dollfie dream.

I've been doing some reading and stains seem to be 100x worse on the vinyl than they are on resin! It'll take some getting used to once I had a doll with a soft feel rather than just hard resin, but I'm excited! Hopefully she'll turn up soon. In the meantime I will just look at all of everyone else's lovely dolls!
