Normal Skin discoloration?

I'm aware that this only happens with white skind dolls. I also kept my dolls safe from any black/dark clothings, I have them wrap in white cloth and of course a face-guard. My home is smoke-free, pet-free and sunlight doesn't come near all my dolls which is inside my volks bag.

 

I just had a local event for BJDs and brought out my Soleil and Lilith together with my Saber Alter v1. Soleil is a DD Sendo Erika which is my first DD and never had any discoloration. Lilith which is a DDS Melty that I won directly from Volks, well had this discoloration Saber Alter v1 on the other hand has a few hints of yellowing due to the old plastic and well white skin. Among all white skin present in the event, my Saber Alter v1 has the less yellowing.

 

I'm just really sad and worried over my Melty since she's a normal skin I don't really know what can cause a discoloration for a Normal Skin body

 

Anyone experienced this already? Some tips on how to remove it and get back the proper color?

Some of my older DDs (Neris, Yoko and Sakuya who is on an older DDII body) are slightly darker than my newer doll Chihaya, but it's a lot more noticeable in Neris than the others. I'm not sure if it's environment, aging or some other factor. It's pretty hot and humid where I live but I keep the AC on and no pets are in my house. Some of my family members do smoke but I do my best to keep my dolls away from it. I'm not stressing over it anymore since it's not as bad as the super yellow original Sabers and Nia dolls I've seen online.

 

So sorry about your Melty though, she isn't very old at all.

aiRreyes, I'm sorry to hear about your Melty. I can't see your picture, though. Where is the staining and how dark is it?
