Country Girls Marisa & Aerie

Now that the sisters Marisa and Aerie have finally been reunited, it's time for them to spend some quality time together!

 

Both of them are originally from the country, though Marisa has more of a city-girl attitude. Aerie, however, is sweet but rather flighty, naive, and forgetful. The blue outfit on Aerie was originally meant for her sister, but I feel like the demure look was much more appropriate for her! The dark blue dress Marisa has on is actually by fellow boardie Maridah! It fits well on the DDS body, which was a nice surprise, though the straps are a tiny bit loose. Aerie was surprisingly easy to "get to know" and I feel like her personality jumped right out. Some dolls take quite a while to bond with, but I think having a sister to hang out with brought Aerie right out of her shell!

Thank you! I don't have long backstories for the rest of my girls, but it just felt natural to have these two from a country-setting. Maybe I'll get some scaled farm animals for them!

Thanks! I admit I'm very partial to Marisa, she's probably my second-favorite, but Aerie looks beautiful with her new eyes.

Thanks. ^^ Aerie is certainly a pleasant girl, very sweet and kind, but Marisa is a bit of a mischief-maker. She likes to get into trouble!

Thank you so much! I don't usually do matching outfits for my girls, but this shoot turned out quite successful so I think we'll be attempting it more often. Next up, matching dress Saber Lily and Mari!

Thanks! The "barn" is actually my neighbor's shed, and the fence is just in front of my tiny vegetable garden. I don't live in a real country setting, but with 1/3 scale things it's easy to make it look quite different!

Thanks, Aerie really does shine in that outfit. It wasn't even meant for her, but I ended up getting her before the outfit and it just screamed for a sweet, gentle girl to wear it. I think it ended up with her because it matches her eyes so perfectly!

I don't know whitch one is the cutest... Marisa is so lovely and stylish, but Airy looks so innocent and the whole outfit matches her eyes colour... Uhm...
