Saki - Custom Reimu Hakurei - Complete re-face up (again)

UPDATE: REIMU had a complete Re-face up as i just felt she should be more cute than sexy... And i think thats the right style for her

 

 

I have customized this girl as a part of a bonding process. I adored her little mouth but couldn't get along with the face up.

And i am so happy how she came out!

 

 

I modded her lips, opened them up, sanded her nose to round it off and painted the head/shading etc.

Wow she's lovely~ The eyelashes/eyeliner are a bit intense for me, but I think adding some false eyelashes would look really good with it! I love how you've modded & painted her mouth, it's adorable ^^ It kind of reminds me of Rise's mouth~

Yeah they are bold big and pretty! I tried more subtle eye lashes but i wasnt getting the FEEL. Also Problem was that the little lines above the eye socket you got in the mold were high up and unfortunately the default face up was a nightmare to remove... So i inplemented it into the faceup.

I love her that way she is now. And i guess after all that's what matters hehe.

I want to try more subtle faceup next time.

I decided to give her eyelashes so i will post a picture when I'm done :3

 

doing face ups is definitely something i enjoy doing. Recently discovered hobby (and making cakes xD)

Especially love the modding part.i wasnt scared at all considering it's a limited head xD I'm just adventurous like that. I got a strong art and craft background so that may be why. I'm used to tiny and delicate projects :3

Right, I have finally finished working on Reimu....I have found these in the store and they are amazing for Dollfie eyelashes application as they save you cutting them!!!!

 

 

they were so easy to apply with a bit of E6000, tweezers and toothpick.

 

I have posted the updated pictures in the description

Reimu have been completely redone to a new cute style! She reminds me a lot of Mariko :3

She does look a bit like Mariko now! You should be very proud. She looks very well done.

Totally approve of the re-faceup! The one before was nice (except for the fake lashes but that's just my personal opinion since I can't stand fake lashes on a DD) but this new face-up for Reimu is just sooo friggin' adorable!
