Volks October Collection and DD Gathering

The October Collection has been announced:

Both are happening on October 11 at 11:00 JST.

 

Type-M Animetic Eyes, Semi-White optional parts/base bodies, and Miku's option parts will all be available to purchase on the 11th at 10:00 JST.

Oh man, staggered times. Two clickwars instead of just one. x.x

 

Really hoping to get Miku's bodysuit, the silver mic, and the small bust My Dear Vampire set. If only the MSD Leaf set was larger, I'd love that on a DDS or small busted DD.

I hadn't noticed that the Miku-stuff becomes available at different time!!! Thank you so much for pointing that out!! And that's such a good news too! Now I can just concentrate at getting the Miku bodysuit and an hour later the other stuff. Miku bodysuit and DD Mirai are my top priorities. I'm also trying to get couple outfits, but I'm happy if I just get the bodysuit and Mirai. At first I was thinking of getting some extra hands for Miku, but I think I can do without them.

By the way, if I manage to get the bodysuit, does it stay in my shopping cart for the hour until I get everything I want (or manage to get) an hour later? Sorry for the silly guestion, I just want to be sure.

Interesting that semi-white MDD parts are available now. Also, the limited Mirai & Candy are pre-orders? That's nice of them They're standard models so I guess the only thing that's really being made to order are the clothes.

 

The product pages for the hoodies says they're new standard Tenshi-no-Koromo items.

 

With the Miku parts at 10, there will be a lot of people introduced to the horrors of clickwars >_>

I guess you could log in, put something in your cart now, and see if it's still there an hour later. If you're not logged in it only stays for 30 minutes, I think. Also, I remember reading on the Volks site they'll be unhappy if you keep an item in your cart for a really long time (like hours to hog it).

I've tested this during the last clicky war - the system boots out your login after 30 minutes, but then you log back in and whatever was in cart stayed in cart!

The only problem, of course, is once clicky war starts their servers tank so bad that logging back in takes another 20 minutes to manage....

That's good to know ^^ I just tried it right now (still there after an hour, and after getting logged out), but I wasn't sure I wanted to try it during the click war.

 

However, if you just keep navigating Volks' site, it won't log you out automatically.

DD Gathering is gonna be the collection for me this round. So much cute that I want!

It said it was going to be delivered in November, so I doubt it. It's only the limited versions that have preorders, though; if you just want Mirai or Candy you could get the standard model versions.

That's true, if I can't manage to snag a memorial edition, I'll still probably get the standard version some day. The memorial edition dresses are too cute, though, so I've got to try, haha.

A most successful event for myself ^__^ Got the check my note set which I was really praying for, the blazer uniform, the alice maid, and the hoodie sets, as well as the miku extras X3

Got everything I wanted: Miku bodysuit, both hoodie sets and the microphone stand set. Got some extra hand parts too, but not the ones with pre-painted nails. I thought they were too expensive. Probably gonna paint the nails myself.

I decided not to try to get Mirai this time. Didn't wanna pay extra for the dress and shoes witch I wouldn't be using much anyway.

Back to bed. I'm so tired my head isn't working properly. I keep making these ridiculous typos...

Ha ha! I managed to buy the things I wanted (minus a pair of frilly bloomers, sadly). I went for the grey MSD dress and SD boy/girl outfit, plus some eyes and hands. Click wars are less terrible when it's not a limited DD you're trying to compete for...

I missed out on the red hoodie >< I haven't seen so many error messages from Volks' server during a clickwar before, I even got logged out at one point. At least I got the other stuff I wanted, I went for the hoodie last because it's supposed to be a standard item.

Man, I never expected the Miku body suit and microphone set thingy to be out so fast. Is it always like this? (sorry, pretty new here) But it does say "Will Be Restocked", so does this mean we could have a restock at the same time tomorrow again? >_

I went for a semi-white DDS body. I know they intend to have them as standard stock, but I know how bad Volks are at restocking things, so figured I should nab one right away and save waiting later.

But that Sheryl announcement though! Just when I found all my grail girls and I said I was going to stop Sheryl becomes a potential prospect. Let's see how she turns out.
