Dollfie Dream Ranka and Sheryl announced!

I am thoroughly disappointed by the outfit choice...

 

Me too... It reminds me of one of the older Volks vampire type outfits mixed with alna's encore outfit (ESP in the shoes) just... Eh, leaves me bored. So at least that's money saved when the preorder comes around XD

I wish Volks would have released a few designs and had a vote . That dress is pretty (Ive been thinking of adding some swarovski, chains etc to it, basically make it gaudy as hell) but I would hardly call that casual or iconic. It just looks like they had leftover fabric from the original design and decided what the heck, lets do it lol.

I was really hoping for that outfit! I would have also like if it was the white uniform she wears. It would have been so cool if they gave us the flag with her the white uniform.

She's super beautiful! And maybe this is weird, but I like her bust piece... It seems to be different from other ones. It looks a bit less silly. Has anyone officially confirmed it is different? Sorry I don't want to look through every page for this.

 

Nothing official yet, but I too have my suspicions that there is something different about it. I was looking at pics on Flickr, and I wonder if the top of her boobs is slightly more rounded (near where it connects to the chest/rib cage) compared to the DDIII versions I looked at that might have been a bit flatter in that area. It's kinda driving me nuts because I'm usually pretty good at spotting things like this, but so far I have yet to figure it out. I have the L shapely for DDS, DD, & DDdy, and the L bust for DDdy, as well as many M/S/SS busts too, but not the DD L bust to look over in person.

I haven't seen a lot of different bust pieces in person, so I really had no idea if it was just the way the photo was taken, or if it was actually different. I think since you have so many different ones, and you also feel something is off, then it probably is! I have the DD L bust on one of my girls, but it doesn't really seem to look like hers... But I am not sure. Thanks for your reply, hopefully we will find out soon. !

They look similar, but slightly different. im thinking if it's not a new bust type, its an L bust, but they've angled the bust line upwards a fair amount. Thoughts?

 

P.s im on the fence on the new outfit. it's Beautiful and I love it, but do I need another costume outfit :/

I think they look a little different. Sheryl's look pushed up more. Sheryl's look out straighter than your DD2's bust.

I'm not that interested into Sheryls both outfits... They are nice, but I will probably sell it because I know I will not use them /: But both Sheryl and Ranka are a preorder that I can't miss!

Holy cow, I'd be shocked if that wasn't a new bust! Taking into account the angle of the back of the neck in relation to the shoulder, and then the difference in how the boobs slope (or not) from the shoulder is actually huge. There doesn't even seem to be a 'drop' in the boob from the shoulder like the DD L bust does in the pic, or even the DDdy L bust I'm looking at in person. It's like it comes straight off the shoulder. Talk about a push-up bra!

 

 

Yep, there is no slope in the boobs from the shoulder. I had wondered if it would be more like a DDdy bust made to fit a DD body, because Sheryl's boobs have looked huge since the first pics I saw.

 

The other possibility is a one piece body. Urg, I hope not.

I always had to laugh when I saw Ranks do her 'Kira' pose, it's very cute and I think it's an acronym for 'I love you' in american sign language but where I'm from it means worship the devil! @~@

Lol, yeah in ASL it means I love you so if you want to imply devil horns here you have to tuck your thumb in. I love reading about the differences in symbols and gestures in various cultures, it amuses me.

I am used to seeing more dark shading at the top of the iris, so I played around with Ranka's eyes.

Thank you! It's great that you can easily change the eyes on DDs. I thought Ranka would come out sweeter looking if her eyes didn't look so intense. haha

I love the yellow. It is so happy!

Sheryl's boobs look like if you took regular DD larges and stuffed them into a very tight corset. They seem like an overflowing abundance, but still with a more natural pear shape on the sides vs. the DDdy.
