The invoice shows what I ordered, however, when I click the link it has a blank invoice with my info on it. Hm. Found part of the problem: I apparently have two volks webstore accounts accidentally. I cannot access the one attached to the Macross preorder. The second part of the problem is that volks does not seem to care I cancelled during the pre-order. I sent them a copy of the email they had sent me saying that my pre-order was cancelled in the cancellation period, but they said that 'because the dolls are made-to-order, if i do not pay for the doll, they will have to suspend my account' and they ended with, 'i hope you understand'. If you can't get them to cancel it for good and they make you pay, I suggest quickly doing a Split in the group / split orders or using the market place to sell them or simply pay for the doll. If this is the situation then that's ridiculous there's no reason you should have to pay for it especially if you have the email THEY sent to you this is their mistake. Your account shouldn't be blacklisted! There's no reason this doll cannot go with the other dolls that are unpaid for. I suppose you could set up a split I know a few people who are looking for her. I'm not sure how you could pay for the order. Surely there's a way to make the account accessible? I surely would hate to see you get banned from Volks because of their screw up. If you canceled, how do they expect that you wouldn't know it wasn't really canceled?? Volks, it really is your job to eat this one. Sub total (with fee) 146,880 yen Shipping Fee 7,500 yen Handling Fee 5,300 yen EMS insurance 350 yen Total Amount 160,030 yen I'm planning on paying for them on the 14th. I'm just waiting for the remaining money to get transferred over to my Paypal account. Which is only $70 usd. Maybe try a different browser? i did try a couple browsers, even mobile, and none of them worked. Volks reset it again somehow and gave a new password and I got in. But they sent me a notice letting me know that they still want me to pay for Sheryl. So... Looks like they're not eating this one. Even with my copy of the cancellation.
