Dollfie Dream Ranka and Sheryl announced!

I arrived a little after the battle, but I paid my sheryl there are few!

I am really happy. Strangely, I'm afraid it does not please me in real life. There's something with these eyes. I have only DDH03 which has big eyes. I am new and it's currently fear that I have. (in addition to customs. ^^)

Sub total (with fee) 84.456 yen

Shipping Fee 5,400 yen

Handling Fee 3,101 yen

EMS Insurance 200 yen

Total Amount 93.157 yen

Hooray I was able to pay off both (thank you 401k loan since I had planned to pay the dang thing off the first paycheck of November, doh)

 

I'm sure they won't but it would be nice if they went ahead and shipped as people paid - unless by some madness they won't be ready right until October 31... If they "delay" the first shipment date I will flip

I don't see why they would delay the first shipment. From my experience the first shipment is on time, but the latter shipment groups can be delayed, seemingly based on how many orders they got and if they are accurate with their time estimates. This is usually why I try and order and pay as soon as I'm able because I'm pretty sure they seem to go by the rule 'first paid, first shipped' within a payment group.

 

Either way I find myself regularly yelling at Volks in my mind to hurry up and get the girls shipped. I'm really not good at waiting.

I don't see why they would delay the first shipment. Oh I'm just speculating based on their rather immediate time frame to pay then they could suddenly announce an "unexpected" delay between now and then. itd be funny (not really) if that did happen - Bc you have no real recourse for them being late... Only they have that power of permabanning if you're late.

Most definitely! I'm hoping I get them on a day I won't have to work. I'll never be able to sleep if I get them on a work day. I'll be way to excited about getting them and I'll be posing them all over, staring at them and possibly sewing them some clothes.

 

I wish volks would post more pictures of Sheryl and Ranka. Not that that would help ease my hype, but it would be great to see new pictures of them. That's why whoever gets their girl(s) first needs to post pictures for us!

belgium customs seem systematic and very painful.

I estimated 200 euro customs for this package.

My shipping rates were terrible even though I only got Ranka and what she came with. >///<

I think you have to pay a handling fee if you use paypal. You don't with a credit card.

Was just sharing my shipping fees though like everyone else did though. 😄

Doesn't matter though, I'm paying for shipping to me while the people in the split paid for her (since I had to give her up entirely). And when she arrives and things are packaged, they will pay for their shipping to them. So, it's only a minor loss~ ^^"

I hope everyone has already paid for their preorders. The first delivery payment deadline is going to be approaching in 7 hours. Remember the deadline is 11:00 AM (Japan Time), October 26, 2015.

Personally I'm excited for the deadline to end. It's one step closer to my girls coming home.

They had posted the outfits that won ( http://www.volks.co.jp/macrossf/special_development03/ ), but we really haven't heard or seen anything dealing with them yet. I wonder how long it will take the outfits to become available. I also wonder if the outfit will be like Miku's Mikuzukin Set, were they're only sold at a certain place aka only in Japan.

If I understood right, the two last outfit pictures of the post will be available in 2015! So it will be soon! ^^

AHHHHHHH! Now I've got butterflies in my stomach! They've been on my mind recently but I've been too busy to give them much thought more than just 'Not Yet.' *scrolls through the photos* "Is that my box? Is it that one?? Could it be over there?? That's not my box, nor that one either because I have one of each girl..."

 

Okay, now I've got to calm down because I've got other work to do. In an ideal world I could get paid for spending loads of time spazzing out about DD.

I thought for sure I would see a few people saying they got their delivery email. I think the only ones who got their dolls today, were those who went to the stores in person and got them.

Well, let's all hope for Monday.

 

Because of curiosity.. I looked on Y!Japan for Sheryl and Ranka and only found two Sheryl wigs for sell. So people did get Sheryl, but only those who live in Japan.

but.. is it me or are her brows get darker and her mouth is not half open like in her promo pictures?

Oooh I will be a little disappointed if the mouth is not open..

I hope it's just the angle... Bc she does not look at all like the dolls on display in the mouth area. There's no pouty lips anymore and that's what sold me on her to begin with

 

these pics of her in normal light show the distinct mouth gap/pout - did they up and change it for mass production? If they did seems like a bait and switch
