Noob Question - DDH-09

Hi! A bit of a noob question here as I have fallen in love with head sculpt style DDH-09 and am curious as to whether Volks has in the past had her available for separate sale blank or only in doll release form?

Actually you can buy it blank but the head is only sold at the Akibahara doll point, which mean you have to go to Japan or have somebody buy it and sent to you.

Sakurasylph, a member here who live in Japan, offer the service to obtain the head if you want.

Ah, now just a quick note. When I go to follow that link, though, I am getting a "You are not authorised to read this forum" message. I am guessing that that is due to being a relative newbie so far that I am assuming I only have certain permissions at the moment when it comes to using the board, is that right?

Sorry, went & checked and answered my own question there, yes, 20 post Marketplace access minimum. Having been a member over on DOA for the past 5 years I was assuming it was something like that. ^^

You can get blank DDH-09s (in Normal Skin only right now) only at one store in Japan - VS DollPoint in Akihabara. You have to buy them in person.

 

Pre-painted DDH09 are available as part of the D'Coord service of DD coordinate models. They only make between three and five pre-finished dolls for sale per month though, so they're not easy to get. These are also exclusive to VS DollPoint.

 

Later on, Volks will make DDH-09 a standard item at all the stores, and in all the colors. We just don't know how long away that change will be. It remains a limited item for now.
