Oreimo Kirino Kousaka : suggestions welcome!

One of my favorite anime is Oreimo and I really want to get my two favorite characters into doll form. The two will definitely have to be DDS girls.

 

 

Ive already got a really decent idea for Kuroneko and she is going to be complete really soon. I chose the Alice Kuonji sculpt for her face and I think its perfect, along with it being semi white since she is lighter than Kirino.

 

 

 

 

Headsculpt: ?? I was thinking DDS Miki Hoshii or DDS Makoto, leaning towards Miki. Any suggestions? There are two expressions and the angry expression is her most iconic (to me atleast). I know for certain it has to be a Volks sculpt.

Faceup: a friend

Body: DDS "M" Bust Normal

Eyes: Project Arietta custom or White Dolly Story Seafoam Green

Wig: Crobidoll Mellow Cream

Hair pins: Custom pink by a seller on etsy

I feel very embarrassed right now that I watched all the episodes.

 

I liked how they looked/acted but I just recently finished the anime and it went into a direction I honestly was not expecting AT ALL (but should have, based on the anime title alone). Ill just pretend season 2 doesn't exist and try to forget what I saw. I liked the relationships of the girls on the show so Im still keeping (Ayase, Sayuri, Ruri, Kanata and Kirino).

Im thinking one of the Idolmaster girls, perhaps Makoto or Miki ?

I think Miki head is perfect, especially her smile.

And the NS tone match too.

 

Maybe you should try to find Kirino eye first and see if Miki head looks good with the eye. That way, you can see if Miki sculpt can be use for Kirino or not.

Error-Chan: I like SQLabs but Im honestly not looking to purchase anything from them unless its second hand from another seller. I ordered some bodies that I was told was instock and it took them close to two months for them to ship. It wasn't the wait that was bad, it was the really bad communication. Im not even the type to bother them with emails. That head is pretty but I would rather a vinyl head lol
