Thing is that I preordered 2 Miku dolls in the pre-order period, but I totally forgot if I've done that on VolksUSA or Volks INC. Well, I don't even remember my account data on both sites, and I don't find any confirmation message on my email (I checked all my email boxes twice, but nothing so far). On the other hand I'm SURE I've pre-ordered 2 Mikus and 1 Sakura outfit :-/ also I'm *quite* confident I've done that on the International website, but can't be 100% sure. What can I do now? Sending them a message would help, if I explain the situation and including my address? Should I wait the end of the shipping period to grab 2 leftovers dolls (I guess there will be a few) on a newborn account? Thanks for any tips EDIT: I found a post-it with my data written on it. YAY!
