Hello

Hello from New Jersey.

Just registered here. I am a total newbie with regard to dolls.

 

My other interests include: Cats, Photography, Astronomy, and recently Japanese Language & Culture.

I am trying to learn a little Japanese. While searching the net I came across Dollfie Dreams, this site and Danny Choo's 'Culture Japan'.

 

When I saw Smart Doll Suenaga Mirai, she is co cute, I really wanted one. It seemed like they were hard to get, so I started thinking about ordering a Dollfie Dream, maybe customizing her.

 

Then working on my computer one night, by chance I found that Danny had just opened the site for orders.

About a week ago I received my own Mirai.

 

I learned a lot just browsing this site, It is impressive how international the site is.

 

I still have a lot to learn, forgive me if I ask a lot of dumb questions, or things that have been covered at length before.

 

I am looking forward to taking lots of pictures of Mirai and maybe someday getting that Dollfie Dream.

Congrats on receiving your Mirai! She's very cute. I've been thinking about getting Kizuna someday, but I may wait to see what the other Smart Doll ladies will look like before I purchase one.

The Smart Doll Boy, Eiji, has a bit of a following here and many are looking forward to getting him to make some Dollfie Dream boys.

 

Don't worry about asking questions! Everyone was new once, and we all had those newbie questions to ask at some point or another.

I have loved seeing Danny's girls in production and now seeing all the gorgeous owner pics showing up out there I'd love to own one myself one day. Looking forward to seeing more of Doll 002, Kizuna Yumena, when she's released too.
