Poofiemus Posted October 31, 2014 Happy Halloween to you, too! I'm gonna try to at least start carving my foam pumpkin this afternoon, and might treat myself to Halloween-themed sushi at a place not too far away. I dressed up as a vampire (original I know, it was either that or corpse bride) but the majority thought I was a zombie prostitute ha! thought that Elvira had an iconic look Haha! I can't help but think of this song: "I took a step into the tomb of ill repute; that's where I met her: the zombie prostitute!" I love songs about zombies. baldylox Posted November 1, 2014 We went out with my sister and her fiancée to an Elks Club shindig. We watched old people dressed up in outfits they should NOT have been wearing dancing and getting drunk. After an hour of that, we went to the other side of the building and bowled since they have 10 lanes there. It was fun dressing up for Halloween and then bowling near people who weren't dressed up. Becca and I also carved pumpkins the other day, this was the first time she had ever done one of her own. She got a stencil from a kit and made the pumpkin on the top left. He looks scared because he doesn't like ghosts. I freehanded mine on the bottom right using a Swiss Army knife and 2 spoons. Took me about 2 hours to do but it was worth it! I like my Totoro! 20141030_192455 by balldylox, on Flickr My Totoro pumpkin! It took me 2 hours to carve this using a Swiss Army knife and spoons. by balldylox, on Flickr And even tho my girls didn't dress up in scary costumes or anything, they DID all dress up in their kimonos and yukatas for the first time! Becca did some really nice work on about 8 of these in order to make sure every one of my girls had their own setup. DSC_3322 by balldylox, on Flickr I hope everyone else had a great Halloween! Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop.
