Faceup File 02: Asuna

Hi everyone ,

 

I just recently gave my Asuna a new face up This is actually my second faceup I've done (1st was a ddh01 which had an airbubble ) ,so working on a limited head was kinda scary I actually started out a couple months ago but the MSC gave me tons of problems and I ended up restarting 4 times

Oh my goodness, such a huge improvement on the mouth! Asuna's default mouth always drove me batty, but you've given her such a pleasant & sweet expression!

Me too I didn't like how volks did her lips and her cheek blush... Thank you so much

I personally really like the default but I LOVE your faceup too! Especially how delicate the paint on the eyes are - those whispy lines are so pretty *0*

 

You honestly have talent and should work on your portofolio - I think you have the potential to be one of the popular DD artists because your work is very clean, feminine and delicate.

 

I need the construction over here to be done already! I want to unpack, set my girls out and check which of the girls needs a makeover because Im definitely interested in a commission if you do set up one

 

If you do set up a store, dont be discouraged if people dont commission you so quickly - its just that when I personally look for artists, I always look up for some feedback on shipping, communication etc. I would suggest purchasing some blank heads and offering those for sale first, just as a build up. I apologise if you didnt ask for this, but I just see so much talent in your work and am definitely interested

Asuna's default look bothers me as well. I think they eyes and cheeks are too harsh which makes her look not like Asuna, but you softened everything up wonderfully~ She looks so sweet now, and reminds me a lot of the style from the light novels.

She looks wonderful! I saw it on Flickr and thought it was a custom, but I couldn't figure it out. I didn't realize that you redid the same original sculpt. Great job!

I never thought Asuna looked like Asuna thanks to the default faceup, but the face up you have on her... Now that's Asuna. She looks like how she should look. Great job on the faceup. She's beautiful.
