Have been lurking around for a bit and wanted to say hi and introduce myself

 

Have been dabbling in resin for a while but really love the anime style of dollfies! For the last couple of weeks I've been stalking DOA, facebook, ebay and Mandarake looking for the perfect first girl, someone cute and affordable. Until I can bring someone home I'm checking out the newbie Q&A and the style sections to get familiar with maintenance and other dollfie basics. Glad to have found such a kind community and loving seeing so many pictures of everyone's gorgeous girls!

Until I can find my first vinyl doll, I'll keep enjoying everyone's pictures, stories and advice, thank you so much for sharing

I managed to adopt one yesterday second hand and she's in the mail to me She is a Shino with just the body and head. Looking forward to her arrival! Playing the waiting game now

I'm in the same canoe.

 

Trying to source all the bits I need to put my character together, let's be excited together.

 

 

Few things seem to excite me these days... new toys or the prospect of new toys always gets me going.

Everyone here is super nice and has beautiful girls. I'm sure with a bit of time and patience you will find your perfect first DD (and I say first since not very many people stop at one, in fact I can't think of anyone on the forums with just one girl and no plans for more ).

What resins do you have? I don't have any myself but I love to look at them and see all the different styles.
