Chise- I've had a lot of variation on delivery times based on where items go through customs? I've moved about a lot for work in the past and whether something comes through CA (fast!) customs versus NY (sloooow) can make a huge difference. Maybe not the same thing... but when I paid for my clothes the charged amount on my card was set to "reserved" with a note, won't be charged till final order.
