Payment and pickup must be done between Sunday and Tuesday only, so there are still a few days left to wait before the next step can be taken. (it seems that whenever Charlotte/Lieselotte is released, the Volks physical stores do a very different system for the in-person AE. The same thing happened in late 2013 when the In My Closet Room versions came out.) I'm not sure if the online notifications have started going out yet.
