Oh wow I really love Extra with the wig she has on in the 3rd picture, so lovely *o* I think I'll definitely have to get a wig like that for my Saber Extra. What color would that fall under?

 

And goodness Alter looks so cute! But I definitely don't regret my choice, Extra all the way

 

Volks USA sells that wig - it's SD sized, so check there. Definitely a lovely color! I think Leeke's 'Pink C*cktail' is a similar color, elsewhere it's called Gold Pink or such. I'm hoping they'll release some more wig options with that color for us soon

Thank you so much for letting me know Jadepixel I think I really will be getting some wigs in those colors because they look so nice on Saber Extra!

 

And gosh Volks is such a tease because unless you bought Lily & Original Saber you wouldn't have their outfits (or unless you got them on the second hand market for a good price). I just know all the clothes I've seen from past releases are quite pricey second hand @.@ But she makes all of those outfits look awesome

It seems that Volks has just updated a new release schedule for the two Sabers. For the first preorder, shipping schedule is between Feb. 25 - mid March while Mid May to June for the second. Does this mean those who ordered from Volks USA won't be able to expect theirs until some time in June for first preorders and even later for those in the second wave?

If I'm not wrong, release date was initially scheduled for January for the first preorder and March for second (Volks international website).

I sent an email to VolksUSA asking if they had any news on if/how much the US preorders would be delayed. Will update when I get a reply.

From the sounds of it, we'll have a delay too. It takes them a month to get the shipments since it's shipped by ocean instead of air. I would bet VolksUSA will release a notice as soon as the mother ship in Japan lets them know the time estimate. They have been pretty good at keeping us up to date on the changes so far~

Pretty much the expected reply:

 

Unfortunately at this time we do not yet know how the delays on

Japan's end will effect our shipping date.

 

It is likely that there may be a delay on our end as well, but we do

not yet have any details. We thank you very much for your patience

while we work with our headquarters to find out more information.

 

As soon as we know more, an announcement will be made, so please

watch for it.

Now we just have to wait and see.

Yeah, I'm glad the boxes aren't the basic yellow we usually get. I wonder if these will be sturdier, probably not though.
