V15 Posted November 25, 2014 Hi, I just recently bought my first dollfie dream and thought it be a good idea to join this forum. I recently bought the Hatsune Miku dollfie dream. I have a bit of experience collecting figures but am very new to the world of bjd and have a couple questions if anyone could help me. I'd really appreciate it! Firstly, what is a click-war? Secondly, where on earth do I get socks for DDs? @_@ I bought a bunch of outfits for my girl but didn't realize how difficult it be just to find a bunch of socks. I couldn't find any for DDs available on VOLKS website and don't know where else to look. If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it, thanks! Click Wars is the mayhem that breaks loose occur when Volks releases products like clothes, shoes and wigs in limited quantity at their online events. Since everyone knows the exact date and time when these product will appear in Volks' webshop, and the products are released in limited quantity, everyone enters the webshop more or less at the same time and tries to put what they want in their shopping baskets as fast as possible. Hence the term Click War. Congrats on getting a miku she is super cute ♡ I've also never been in a click war, if I've bought stuff its either clothes that are not priority to others so I don't have to fight for it, or they're months old and still on stock I don't know if you're crafty or good at sewing, but I'll say there's some good tutorials around for making socks, and they're really simple to make, otherwise there are also lots if good sewers on the forums that may be willing to make you some.
