Custom Face up for DD limited head

A while back I did this:

In my collection I have more Neris, Saber Extra, Nanami and Alice repainted. I wanted to repaint Yukiho too, but I'm not sure if and when I have time to do that

Here is my custom Sasara.

I do love her way way more than the original.

wow!! This is like the difference between "default face-up chara Barbie" and one of those custom repainted and expertly shaded "still same chara Barbie"

Like, the original looked alright, and didn't know it could look this **MAGIC** until someone came and added a few touches

Does anyone ever saw a good custom face up on yuki morikawa's head? I have mine stained and i need a good references she's a cutie but imo she doesnt have much potential because her head mold is very "basic".

The second and third pics are very nice as it keeps her original style but amps it up a bit.

Not the best photo but here's my Yuki, faceup done by the very talented Freya.

 

These are all so pretty that I'd be tempted to have one of my own, the custom faceups really give the dolls a new life.

I've done a couple of non-standard dolls with custom faceups now. (I say non-standard because Miku's not exactly rare these days. )

The other is Yuuri, who started as a Kirito. However, he has been modded in addition to having a new faceup.

Oh boy, I get all my dolls custom, usually with mods.

Sora was originally a Len but he's been modded with a brand new faceup.

 

Also Eri is a custom Miku but she doesn't have the mods my other dolls have.

 

And I also have plans for another modded Len or a heavily modded Kirito in the near future.

These custom limited dolls look so great, it makes me really excited to have mine changed.
