Christmas Photos are Hard!

A couple months ago, I took the girls and dragons out to a local park to get some photos for my Christmas cards.

 

Now that the cards have mostly arrived, I figured it was time to share how hard it is to get shots with my crew of nutjobs.

 

Things started kind of okay. . .

 

 

Kay guys, say "Cheese!"

 

 

Agatha: "That's a bit boring. Can't we say something more sciency?"

Fine. Everybody say, "BENZENE!"

Agatha: "Perfect."

 

 

Nanoha: "I'm just glad no one's attacked each other yet."

 

 

Homura: "I could arrange that."

Nanoha: "Please don't."

 

 

Pancake: *snuffle, wiggle*

That's right, baby, you'll get fish if you can stay still for this shot, okay? Good boy.

 

 

Toothless, you okay over there? I know there's not much room for you. . .

Toothless: *shifts uneasily, snorts*

Hang in there, buddy.

 

 

"I'm Mini-Miku! I'm here as a proxy for my big sister, who isn't here yet!"

 

 

Agatha: "Wait, what is this? Some kind of clank? Victim of a shrink ray?"

Nanoha: "No, Agatha, stop!"

Homura: "It's annoying. Let's kill it."

Nanoha: "For heaven's sake, you guys, don't make me restrain you!"

 

 

Pancake: *bored, shoves in and knocks over the center of attention*

Mini-Miku: "Aaaaaah, it's huge!"

Agatha: "I see. Do you think he considers it a novelty, or potential food?"

Nanoha: "Pancake, sit!"

Homura: "Get out my face, Scale-butt!"

 

*The resulting scuffle occurred too quickly for me to catch on film. I did, however, get the aftermath.*

 

 

Nanoha: "There you are! Come here, boys, we can go home now."

 

 

Agatha: "I've sighted the specimens! Where's my butterfly net?"

Homura: "They're too big to fit in that, lard-a**."

 

[

 

Agatha: "A traditional butterfly net, yes, but I have a new intelligent steam-powered butterfly net for capturing specimens of all--"

 

 

Homura: "You think I should shoot the tree to scare the dragons out, or just shoot Agatha?"

Agatha: "Hey, I was still talking!"

 

 

Nanoha: "Come on Pancake, there's a good boy. . . Ugh, this isn't working."

 

 

Nanoha: "Homura, I think bullets are too dangerous, since they're potentially lethal, but I think one of my spells might do what you're suggesting. . . DIVINE SHOOTER!"

 

 

*BOOM!*

*Squeal of car alarms, other parkgoers screaming*

 

 

Agatha: "Success! I can see the dragons flying off, heading for home!"

 

 

Nanoha: ". . . We should leave."

Homura: "No s***."

 

. . . .So, that was a thing.

 

(Okay, so we didn't really light the park on fire, but this *was* the last hurrah for my old point-and-shoot, and I think it knew it, since I actually got good shots despite the dirt on the lens and the broken tripod.)

 

 

 

Your girls looks so funny together

 

So different styles... Looks like the one girl will kill everything she see and the other girl try to find all evidence and remove them and the third girl sing a song to distract everyone from this whole scene xDDD

What an amusing adventure! And all your dolls, plus even the dragons, look quite festive dressed up for the Christmas card photo

 

Bonus points for creating your own Agatha DD; that comic is delightful and from what I have seen here and in older posts, you've really captured her spirit wonderfully
