Late night gifter

A bit of a tongue in cheek title this time, but since it is a santa outfit in february, its more or less accurate.

 

Option B would have been to wait untill next december, but decided to rip open one of the Holy night gifter sets I've managed to hoover up from yja.

 

Miku was a nice option with the twintails a good spot to stick the hair accessories.

 

The first few moody light one's were done with a dimmed halogen light I had been used to, but the brighter one's are with my new light toys, with which I have not quite gotten the hang of dialing in my camera yet.

 

But hope you like anyways....

Love that outfit sooo much and her Christmas tree She is so precious!!!!

I like the lighting in pictures 2 - 4 (to much shadow in #1). It creates warm and cozy mood of an evening. Your new lights are almost like a daylight and it doesn't go well with christmass theme.

Thank you very many. It is indeed a fun little outfit, eventhough im not totally sold with the check pattern bits (especially since their printed onto the fabric, and can apparently deteriorate if you stretch it too much).

mm, the first one was a quick dress rehearsal photo done the day before the other photos.

I do prefer the moody lighted one's myself also, and considered making all, but still I wanted to try out the new lights... while not Christmas theme'd, they go well with a general intense winter light... whenever there happens to be any sunlight that is (which I have'nt seen in two weeks now..)

 

But will get another chance within 11 months time, when its time to pull out all four sets..

The poses for this set were a bit challenging than usual, since the boots are very tight and limit ankle movement... also posing Miku for me is ... awkward for the lack of a better word, and even with using blue tack for added friction on the glass didnt help her natural unbalance.

 

But as already mentioned, the outfit does make up for some bits.

I got them maybe a few years ago, just from the local K-market. Their from the backpack accessories series with the plastic clip snipped off. Some while ago the local Tokmanni still had some of the starwars edition versions at discount.
