Welcoming my MDD Unicorn Louise!

Yep, it happened again. I've managed to break my "No more than 30" limit once more. So what am I up to now? I think this makes 34. Good lord.

 

Anyways, I was going back thru the Unicorn thread and decided to update my post there from two years ago since I was able to bring home one more Unicorn girl that I thought I'd never actually be able to find, yet alone adopt. So now I'm officially announcing her adoption here too.

 

Thanks to one of the great forum friends I've got here, I was able to attain *THE* grail MDD girl of my dreams. I used to never even look at MDD girls, much less want them, but after getting a couple in my family, I've had an enormous weak spot for them since. And the very first MDD girl I really wanted but could never really find was Louise. I hadn't even seen her anime to know who she was or what she was about but her MDD was beyond adorable and cute and I had to have one. Sadly, every time I went after one they were either way overpriced or just not available at all. And when I had no money, they were STILL hard to find. So I had pretty much given up hope of ever getting one.

 

Luckily, someone here had Louise's head and eyes for sale and after a few messages back and forth, we worked out a deal for her! At the time I bought her, about a month ago, I still had no body for her and funds weren't allowing for one anytime soon. But I figured it was better to get her head and eyes now than pass them up for when I could have a body waiting on her and then possibly not get her head again. I despise having floating heads around as I always feel guilty about it but I made an exception this time.

 

Louise showed up here and was going to try her my old DD1 body for a bit, just so she had a body of some type. But my GF Becca decided to take my old parts MDD body away from her Mizuki to give to Louise so I wouldn't have to wait for a body. Becca was getting back her taxes soon and she's wanted an Obitsu 45cm body for Mizuki anyway so this all worked out good for everyone.... except Mizuki who has to now wait for her new body to get ordered and delivered. Sorry little girl!

 

So here we are with yet another MDD added to my family. But I really kind of HAD to add her you know? We all know the rule that you can't have just ONE MDD in your family.... they always come in twos. Since the last MDD I got threw my numbers into an odd order, I had to get another to even things out. Right? RIGHT???

 

I'll shut up now and let you see my adorable Louise now. I babble a lot but it's only because I'm excited!

I'm not exactly sure on her personality just yet but she definitely seems spunky and outgoing.

And this is her pet tiger Tygra. He came with her head from her previous owner. She seems very attached to him and hasn't let him out of her sight since she arrived.

She might be a little demanding and possibly a bit Tsun Tsun. Not too sure just yet tho.

That isn't her default wig. This one came with Tsubaki when I got her from Cazzie. I like this one Tsubaki but I prefer the short orange bob she usually wears much more. So since this one wasn't getting much use, I tried it on Louise and it seemed to fit her look and style really well.

Regardless of how her personality comes out, she's a super pretty girl and I'm so very happy I could finally adopt one of my own. Once I get her figured out I'll do a proper intro thread where she meets some of her new sisters.

Yep, that's what it means. But I'm sure Tana is okay with waiting a while for a new companion her size since she JUST got Merry added to the family. I know it's not easy to follow those rules but hey, they're there for a reason.

Heh, I think so too. She seems to be plenty outgoing and unafraid to speak her mind. That will fit right in with Hitomi and Bud. Kino will probably shy away from her but that girl's shy ALL THE TIME.

Oh yes, I did watch the entire series and after season one I already knew why people loved her so much. I really need to rewatch it again since it's been a few years since I last saw it. I remember most of seasons 1 & 2 but nothing after that....

I did indeed! And thank you so so so much for letting me adopt her from you! I'm sorry I didn't list your name above as the seller as I didn't want to just toss your name out there without asking. But now that you dropped by, I can now thank you profusely for allowing me to add this beautiful little girl to my family! It's not every day you can adopt one of your grail dolls.

Yep! You can't have an odd number of MDD girls, it's the law. They can only survive when there are even numbers of them. I think it's something in their DNA. So you better get looking for another one!

Thank you sir! I might have to agree with you about her being the best MDD out there.... but I do have a few others who're pretty darn close to that as well. The only other MDD girl that's out there that I would kill to have is Kudo. THAT girl is cute as pie and super damn adorable. That little smile of hers is infectious! But I digress, Louise IS about as perfect as you can get for an MDD sized bundle of joy.
