How to open the closed Eyeholes

Hello, I'm new here ~

So, I wanna buy a DDH-07 with closed eyeholes, but, how can I open it?

I've seen some photo tutorials in internet, but nothing relevant :/

I know I have to use a scalpel in the deep area, but I have to sanding it after?

What is the right way to cut it?

Someone here have a photo of a eyeholes closed type head without the headcap?

Yes, you can use a small hobby knife (x-acto is the brand they sell in USA) and cut around the edge of the eye. The vinyl is thin and it's pretty easy to cut if you are careful. Use files and hobby sandpaper to smooth the edges.

But, ithis hobby knife is simillar to the bistoury/scalpel?
