Can rubber or latex stain DD's?

Can rubber or latex stain DD's? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks.

Rubber bands can stain WS vinyl, even though they were the regular beige colored ones (I was using them to help grip wigs on the head).

Metallic fiber cloth might be another option.

It's really hit-or-miss sometimes what stains and what doesn't. What I do is take a spare hand, shove it into the folds of pre-washed fabric, and see if that picks up stains. (Smaller and cheaper, so easier to treat afterwards.)

 

I've had okay luck with 100% polyester--been using a black polyester for a lot of things for quite a while, and it's always come out mind-bogglingly stain-free. However, it doesn't stretch, so probably not the best for a tube dress unless you want to go crazy boning things.
