Commissionable faceup artists in USA?

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong area or if this has been asked before. Just let me know.

 

Can anybody help me make a list of faceup artists I could commission that are in the USA? On or off of this forum (flickr, etc., are fine). I really don't want to pay international shipping.

 

I'm looking for thick, lightly feathered painted eyelashes to make an 07 head's eyes look bigger, and natural looking makeup.
