Help with auction

Looking for help deciding between these two auctions:

Does anyone have any advice? I see one has pretty good feedback and the other is a newish seller. Does anyone with YJA experience see anything to sway it one way or another? I dont like that either dont show the actual doll so I figured I would ask.

Go for neither?

 

Mandarake at the moment has Rin going for 120-140k yen, with even grandchaos having a new rin at 130k.

 

substantially cheaper in my opinion, without auction fee's to boot.

I really wanted the school uniform outfit to go with it. Mandarake has sold them in the past for 30-35k. I cant find any loose and I have searched for quite awhile.

But, if getting the outfit at the same time is the case..

 

Depending on your auction broker, and their bidding protection plan, its a coin toss between the two really.

Since their both being listed as new unopened items.

 

On the safe side the seller with the 2500/5 feedback would be my choise, since the negative's are more than six months old, and seem to be about nick-nacks, and one figure, and two of the negative feedback givers have closed their account.

This seller also has previous positive feedback about selling dolls in boxes without showing the full contents, which I think is a plus.

No kidding about that school uniform! It seems to be very valuable and rare at this point. I don't know why it is so popular. But like you said, it was 30k to 35k yen on its own in auctions as well.

 

I agree with finnleo's reasoning on which seller to go for.
