Who are these lovelies?

Strife212 is right. I think there were also the Kimi ga Nozomu Eien uniforms, Clannad and Little Busters uniforms (Dolpa 21), and the Kore ga Watashi no Goshujin-sama/He is my Master maid uniform released. There weren't any limited DDs from those series released at the time those outfits were released. Yukino modeled the Clannad uniform and Aoi was in the Little Busters uniform.

 

MDD Candy or Mirai with I-type eyes in Wakaba modeled the summer Lucky Star uniform. MDD Daikuji Ayu with I-type eyes in Sumire modeled the winter Lucky Star uniform. Ayu looks like she is wearing Kanu's loafers.

 

 

So I guess the uniforms are what is going to be released.

Oh hey, did they mod the first 03 head a bit? Yay for no droopy eyes! It's too bad these girls won't be released, but the outfits are cute! I want!

I don't *think* they modded it; I'm pretty certain it's just clever face-upping. Clever face-upping I may mimic a bit when Agatha gets her makeover, probably around Thanksgiving. (She'll still be sparky, but the new faceup will hopefully be less nooby.) I like how perky that eyelash treatment makes her.

 

Well, the uniform is pretty cute, even though I'm not familiar with the series at all. I'm also toying with the idea of going after the red-blond long wig if they release it; it's closer to Agatha's hair color in the comic than the Leekeworld wig she currently has. Well, that, and I'm tired of having to try so hard to hide that stupid, obvious weft right in the front of her current wig. ^^;

 

Today's DD Blog entry gives us more photos, incidentally: http://ameblo.jp/blog-dd/day-20111011.html They're not as close up on the face, sadly, but they are glass-free and do give you a pretty good look at the uniform--looks like there's two versions, one with just long sleeves and another with separate shirt and jacket. I like the subtle vertical stripes in the fabric, too.

What's this?A new make-up for standard molded heads?*.*

I think the custom Duel Knights DDs were done for a display for the Hobby Round Event. I have also seen them do other customs for displays. I wonder what happens to them after the event.

I think they stay at Volks for display, like other one-offs.

But at least they can be an inspiration for faceups

IMO they're better than stock Aoi/Yukino.
